Reserve your date and time online with a $15 non-refundable deposit (paid through our secure Stripe checkout)
Document Review

We review your documents in advance to ensure everything is ready for notarization.

Pay Your Balance

Once your documents are reviewed, we’ll send you an invoice to pay the remaining balance. (Payment must be completed within 48 hours of your scheduled session.)

Receive Your Meeting Link

After final payment is received, you’ll receive a secure third-party link from SIGNix for the Remote Online Notary (RON) session.

During your Appointment

We verify your ID and you complete the Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) process. You will create a password to access your completed document after it is signed.

You Sign Your Documents Electronically

We complete the notarization (the session is recorded for security)

We digitally notarize your document.

Receive Your Completed Documents

You’ll receive your notarized documents securely via email from SIGNix. You will use the password you created to access your document.

Secure Recordkeeping: We archive the recording and keep a record as required by Ohio law.

📄 DOCUMENT PREPARATION

Document is complete and ready for signature

All blank fields are filled in (except signature areas)

Document is legible and high-quality scan/photo

🆔 IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Valid government-issued photo ID ready (State ID, Driver's License or Passport)

ID is current and not expired

ID photo is clear and matches signer's appearance and your name on ID matches the document

Knowledge-based authentication questions completed

⚖️ LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Signer is physically located in an authorized state/jurisdiction

Signer is acting voluntarily and without coercion

Signer understands the document contents

No prohibited document types (check state regulations)

Witness requirements verified (if applicable)

🎯 SESSION PREPARATION

Session scheduled and confirmed

Payment method arranged and paid in advance

Backup communication method established
