   I am not an attorney, and my role is strictly to verify identity, witness signatures, administer oaths/affirmations, and apply notarial acts in accordance with applicable state RON laws. I do not provide legal advice, interpret documents, or guide you on whether to sign or complete them.

2. Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are complete, accurate, and appropriate for notarization. Any questions about the legal contents of a document should be directed to a qualified attorney, lender, real estate agent, or other trusted professional.

3. Service Scope & Compliance
   Services are provided via secure audio‑visual RON platforms in compliance with Ohio laws. You authorize me to verify identity using government-issued ID, knowledge-based or biometric methods, and to retain an electronic journal, video recording, and securely apply my digital seal and signature.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality
   All client data—including documents, IDs, and session recordings—are used solely for the notarial act and retained in compliance with state RON retention requirements (10 years). Your information is kept confidential and not shared without consent.

5. Interstate and Jurisdictional Validity
   Remote notarizations are legal and valid under state laws across the state of Ohio. If your documents involve parties or jurisdictions outside these states, please confirm they accept RON from my jurisdiction.

6. Limitations and Warranties
   The RON service is provided “as is” without any expressed or implied guarantees as to acceptance, legal effect, or enforceability. Neither I nor the platform I use is responsible for downstream issues such as refusal by third parties to accept notarized documents.

7. No Liability for Document Content
   I rely entirely on you for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of your documents. I do not check whether they fulfill legal requirements, contain blanks, or are properly drafted. You acknowledge this limitation.

8. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from reliance on notarized documents, including any misuse or improper acceptance of notarizations. 

9. Recording Consent
   By scheduling a remote appointment, you consent to the electronic recording and storage of the notarization session and related data, as required by the law.

10. Acceptance of Terms
    Booking or proceeding with a remote notarization indicates your acceptance of this disclaimer and your understanding of the limitations and responsibilities outlined.
