Are you at 18 years old with at least one year of credit history? Do you understand that you are required to pass knowledge-based authentication questions to obtain RON services?

Do you have a valid unexpired government driver's license or passport? And does your name on the driver's license or passport match the document that is to be notarized?

Have you confirmed that a remote online notarized document is accepted by the receiving party?

There is a $15 non-refundable document review fee required when booking an appointment.

I have access to reliable internet service, a computer or device with camera and microphone for RON services.

The document to be notarized is complete and unsigned.
